Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days in Karachi and Lahore, and 3 to 4 business days in other cities. During sales, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. FAHA Fragrance delivers across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot and other cities and towns.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on orders across Pakistan.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is currently PKR 250 per order. Courier rates can change with fuel prices, so the exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

About Our Fragrances

Are your perfumes original designer perfumes?
No. Our perfumes and attars are FAHA Fragrance's own creations, inspired by the scent profiles of popular designer and niche fragrances. We do not use or sell designer brands' products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

What is the difference between an attar and a perfume?
An attar is a concentrated, oil-based fragrance applied directly to the skin. It is completely alcohol-free and wears with a warm, personal presence. A perfume is a spray fragrance that projects more around you. Most of our scents are available in both forms. Read more in our guide: Attar vs Perfume.

Are your attars alcohol-free?
Yes. All FAHA attars are oil-based and completely alcohol-free. Where a scent lists notes such as rum, whiskey or gin, these are scent accords only, describing the fragrance's character.

Do your perfumes contain alcohol?
Yes. Our spray perfumes are made with a perfumer's alcohol base, as most spray fragrances are. If you prefer to avoid alcohol, choose the attar version of your favourite scent.

Can I pray namaz while wearing your perfume?
Many scholars consider perfumer's alcohol permissible on the skin and clothes because it is not intended for drinking, but opinions differ. If you would rather avoid alcohol completely, our attars are fully alcohol-free and a popular choice for prayer, Jummah and Ramadan.

How long does the fragrance last?
Longevity depends on the scent, your skin type, the weather and how much you apply. Warm, woody and oud scents generally last longer than fresh citrus scents. Attars sit closer to the skin and are often long-lasting. See our tips to make your perfume last longer.

Which smells better, the attar or the perfume?
Both versions are created around the same scent profile. Because one is oil-based and the other is a spray, they can wear slightly differently on each person's skin. Many customers enjoy the attar for close, personal wear and the perfume for more projection.

What sizes are available?
Our perfumes come in 15 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml, with selected scents also available as a high-concentration Parfum. Our attars come in 3 ml, 6 ml and 12 ml.

Can I try a scent before buying a full bottle?
Yes. Our Perfume Sample Pack and Attar Sample Pack let you choose any 5 scents to try at home.

Using & Caring for Your Fragrance

How do I apply an attar?
Apply attar to your pulse points, ideally after a warm shower: the wrists, behind the ears and neck, the collarbones and the inner elbows. Remove the cap and roll or dab gently on the skin. A small amount is enough, and because attar sits close to the skin, it is ideal for the office and prayer.

How do I make my perfume last longer?
Spray on moisturised skin at your pulse points and on clothing, and avoid rubbing your wrists together. Applying after a shower helps the scent last.

How should I store my fragrance?
Keep your perfumes and attars away from direct sunlight and heat, with the cap tightly closed. This helps preserve the scent for longer, especially in Pakistan's hot summers.

Do you offer perfume gifts?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the perfume must not have been used more than 5%, and everything that came in the parcel must be sent back, including the perfume box, any tester and all other items.

What happens after I send a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we have received it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

How will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your bank account.
